Shipping policy

We are currently only shipping domestically to the USA at this time.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 days to let you
know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For standard (non-custom) orders we offer:

No Tracking Shipment (USPS First Class Mail)***	1-5 business days
USPS Ground Advantage	2-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail	1-3 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express	1-2 days

 

*** There will be no refunds for "No Tracking Shipment (USPS First Class Mail)" orders that fail to be delivered

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Custom orders can take up to two months to process and complete. The two month window will only begin after all information and/or references have been sent + received and seller has acknowledged the receipt. Once all details are ironed out, email correspondence will be sent confirming the custom order process has started. Once custom order has been completed within the two months window chosen shipping times will then apply.
